Why work with me?
As a master’s-level registered dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), I bring over seven years of specialized training and more than 1,200 hours of supervised clinical practice to my work. This extensive background in medical nutrition therapy allows me to address a wide range of health concerns, including autoimmune conditions, chronic diseases, thyroid and endocrine disorders, gastrointestinal health (such as IBS, Celiac, and GERD), food sensitivities, and sports performance optimization.
It’s important to note that only a registered dietitian (RD) or registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) can legally provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT). Individuals who are not credentialed as RDs or RDNs, even if they refer to themselves as "nutritionists," typically lack the necessary training to offer this level of medical nutrition advice.
My approach is highly individualized, focusing on practical, sustainable solutions that empower clients to achieve meaningful, long-lasting changes. I strive to meet you where you are. Additionally, every service package includes detailed follow-up materials to align with your specific goals, ensuring you have the tools needed to succeed. My job is to empower you with the skills, habits, and knowledge necessary to manage your health independently, so you no longer have to rely on a dietitian but instead have the tools to sustain your progress for a lifetime
