Julia Trifan MS, RD
Hi, I’m Julia! I’m a registered dietitian with a passion for empowering individuals and families through personalized, evidence-based nutrition. With expertise in pediatric, maternal, and performance nutrition, my mission is to help people build sustainable habits and thrive at every stage of life.
I earned a Master of Science in Nutrition Science from Boston University and completed my clinical training at a Level 1 trauma and safety-net hospital in Boston, MA. Drawing from my strong foundation and ongoing work in clinical research, I integrate the latest advancements in nutrition science to develop strategies that address each client’s unique physiological and lifestyle needs.
My journey in healthcare and nutrition is deeply influenced by my background as an athlete. From playing basketball in middle school to competing in track during high school and discovering powerlifting later on, I’ve cultivated a deep appreciation for strength, resilience, and the joy of movement. These experiences have shaped my philosophy as a dietitian, where I channel this mindset into helping clients feel strong, capable, and confident in their own journeys.
Whether helping an experienced runner optimize nutrient timing to achieve a PR or supporting a mother through the challenges of pregnancy and postpartum, my approach leads with compassion and cutting-edge science. My key areas of focus include metabolic health, disordered eating prevention, menstrual health, and GI disorder symptom management.
I believe in the power of understanding our bodies and fueling them in a way that aligns with our goals and values. My goal is to change the narrative around health and nutrition, empowering individuals to feel strong, capable, and confident in their own journey.
